Alkali Systems is currently in the process of a potential acquisition. Ryder Reid Software Group, together with Reid Venture Capital Group Australia, are in discussions to acquire Alkali Systems.

Ryder Reid Software Group, together with Reid Venture Capital Group Australia, has expressed interest in acquiring Alkali Systems and has submitted a AUD $147,000 offer. This proposal covers the full scope of Alkali Systems’ work, including ongoing projects, infrastructure, trademarks, patents, and all associated IP.

Both organisations are now working through the details of the proposal as part of the evaluation process, which also includes a review by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
